Engage 소개

OptoSuRe의 스필오버(spillover) 활동의 일환으로, 여성 연구자들의 사업화 역량 강화를 위해 설계된 선구적인 프로그램인 'Engage'를 소개합니다. 여성들이 기업가 정신에서 겪는 특별한 어려움, 즉 제도적 장벽과 성 편견을 인식하고, 이러한 어려움을 극복하는 데 필요한 추가적인 지원을 제공하는 것이 필수적입니다.

  • 과학적 아이디어를 사업화하고자 하는 여성 창업가를 위한 9주 교육 프로그램입니다.
  • 전 유럽인의 참여를 위해 온라인으로 진행되며,
  • 무료이고,
  • 의무사항이  없으며,
  • 향후 창업 및 사업 개발 교육 수료 자격을 제공합니다.

참가 기준 및 혜택

참가 기준

석사, 박사, 박사후 연구원 모두에게 열려 있습니다. 지원자는 다음 중점 분야 중 하나에 특별한 관심이 있어야 합니다;

  • 광학 및 포토닉스.
  • 마이크로 및 광전자(구성요소부터 시스템, 시각화, 조명, 센싱, 의료/건강과 같은 애플리케이션까지 가치 사슬 전반).
  • 디지털화(순수 소프트웨어 개발, 순수 머신러닝/AI 접근 방식).
  • 스마트 제조.
  • 중점 분야를 지속가능성, 에너지 효율성, 자원 효율성 측면과 연계.
