Mira016 is a compact 0.16MP Near IR enhanced global shutter image sensor designed for 2D and 3D consumer and industrial machine vision applications. The sensor has a small 2.79 µm pixel size with high sensitivity made possible by a state of the art BSI technology. The sensor has a MIPI CSI-2 interface to allow easy interfacing with a plethora of processors and FPGAs. With its small 1.8mm x 1.8mm size, configurability and high sensitivity both in visual as well as NIR wavelengths, the Mira016 is well suited for many 2D and 3D applications, including eye tracking in ARVR. Low active power and high sensitivity in NIR enables increased measurement range as well as overall system power consumption optimization which is key for battery powered consumer and industrial applications.

|
The AS1170 is a 2-channel LED/VCSEL driver with integrated boost converter. It can support up to 5.5V output voltage and each channel can support 1000mA output current. Currents can be combined to a total of 2000mA and adjusted using 31.25kHz PWM operation. AS1170 features integrated protection functions against overtemperature, over- or under voltage and open of shorted LED pins. The device has an I2C interface with 2 adresses, selectable via an I2C select pin. The 13 balls WLCSP makes this chip a good fit wherever high output currents and a tiny footprint are needed.

Mira130 is a global shutter CMOS image sensor with NIR enhancement of the QE. Target QE is 40% at 940nm, and 58% at 850nm. <br> It outputs monochrome images with an effective pixel array of 1080H × 1280V, and supports complex on-chip operations such as high dynamic range (HDR) mode, external triggering, windowing, horizontal or vertical mirroring. Its maximum frame rate is 120fps at a full image resolution. On-chip registers can be accessed via the standard I2C interface.

The TMF8806 is a time-of-flight (TOF) sensor in a single modular package with associated VCSEL. The TOF device is based on SPAD, TDC and histogram technology. The device achieves 500cm detection range which may be extended to 1000cm with a small firmware download.

The TMF8828 is a direct time-of-flight (dToF) sensor in a single modular package with associated VCSEL. The dToF device is based on SPAD, TDC and histogram technology and achieves 5000 mm detection range. Due to its lens on the SPAD, it supports 3x3, 4x4, 3x6 and 8x8 multizone output data and a wide, dynamically adjustable, field of view. A multi-lens-array (MLA) inside the package above the VCSEL widens up the FoI (field of illumination). All processing of the raw data is performed on-chip and the TMF8828 provides distance information together with confidence values on its I2C interface.
