<div>The AS5070 is a high-resolution angular position sensor for precise absolute angle measurement. The AS5070 is available with an analog output interface (AS5070A) or a digital output interface (AS5070B). The AS5247 is a high-resolution redundant rotary position sensor for fast absolute angle measurement over a full 360-degree range. This new position sensor is equipped with a revolutionary integrated dynamic angle error compensation (DAEC™) with almost 0 latency. The robust design of the device suppresses the influence of any homogenous external stray magnetic field. A standard 4-wire SPI serial interface allows a host microcontroller to read 14-bit absolute angle position data from the AS5247 and to program non-volatile settings without a dedicated programmer. Incremental movements are indicated on a set of ABI signals with a maximum resolution of 2048 steps / 512 pulses per revolution. The resolution of the ABI signal is programmable to 1024 steps / 256 pulses per revolution. Brushless DC (BLDC) motors are controlled through a standard UVW commutation interface with a programmable number of pole pairs from 1 to 7. The absolute angle position is also provided as PWM-encoded output signal. The AS5247 supports embedded self-diagnostics including magnetic field strength too high, magnetic field strength too low or lost magnet, and other related diagnostic features. The inductive motor control position sensor detects the electrical position within one pole-pair of a rotating shaft and can be used for the motor commutation of a brushless DC (BLDC) motor. Based on the inductive sensor technology, this family measures the coupling between an excitation coil (TX) and two receiver coils (RX) via a rotating target. The coils are executed as printed circuit coils and the rotating target is a simple punched metal part. <div>The AS7331 is a low-power, low noise integrated UV sensor. The three separated UVA, UVB and UVC channels convert optical radiation signals via UV optimized photodiodes to a digital result and realize a continuous or triggered measurement. The irradiance responsivity can be adjusted via Gain, conversion time and internal clock frequency to effect sensitivity, full scale range and LSB. The by the AS7331 detected amount of radiation in the set Gain and conversion time configuration will be provided as digital counts by the AS7331. The AS7331 offers a range of 12 Gain steps by a factor of two for each step. The conversion time is internally controlled over a wide range of 15 steps by a factor of two for each step. With the input pin (SYN), the conversion time can be externally controlled to adapt the measurement to the given environment and time base.</div><div>With its irradiance responsivity factor and conversion time, the AS7331 supports an overall huge dynamic range up to 3.43E+10 (resolution multiplied by gain range). It achieves an accuracy of up to 24-bit signal resolution (internal via I²C and shifter 16-bit), with an irradiance responsivity per count down to 2.38 nW/cm² at 64 ms integration time. Via an integrated divider, the 16-bit I²C output can be adjusted to the significant bits of interest.</div>

Target QE is 40% at 940nm, and 58% at 850nm. <br> It outputs monochrome images with an effective pixel array of 1080H × 1280V, and supports complex on-chip operations such as high dynamic range (HDR) mode, external triggering, windowing, horizontal or vertical mirroring. Its maximum frame rate is 120fps at a full image resolution. On-chip registers can be accessed via the standard I2C interface.

The TMF8701 is a true direct time-of-flight (ToF) sensor system in a single modular package which offers highly accurate depth accuracy detection through a sub-nanosecond light pulse and an antialiasing “stop-watch” method to measure round-trip time of pulse. It provides single zone detection of an object irrespective of the color, reflectivity and texture of the object.<br/><br/>The single module with VCSEL emitter offers high dynamic range and operates in either a proximity mode (0 – 10 cm) or a ranging mode (10 – 60 cm) for detection sensing. The device utilizes highly sensitive SPAD detection with fast compact time-to digital converters to make high accurate distance measurement within ±5% and is capable of operation in dark environments.<br/><br/> A built-in histogram is featured to detect cover glass and objects behind glass to select object with highest SNR while compensating for dirt and smudges on cover glass to produce artifact free measurement of multiple objects. The histogram enables greater distance between cover glass, delivers dynamic cover glass calibration and crosstalk compensation. Class 1 eye safety is also featured through the narrow sub-nanosecond (<500 ps) fast pulse 940 nm VCSEL driver. Background light noise is minimized through on-chip superior sunlight rejection filter. |
The AS5172A is a magnetic position sensor with a high-resolution 12-bit PSI5 output according PSI5 specification Version 1.3 and 2.1.<br>Based on a Hall sensor technology, this device measures the orthogonal component of the flux density (Bz) over a full-turn rotation and compensates for external stray magnetic fields with a robust architecture based on a 14-bit sensor array and analog front-end (AFE). A sub-range can programmed to achieve the best resolution for the application. To measure the angle, only a simple two-pole magnet rotating over the center of the package is required. The magnet may be placed above or below the device. The absolute angle measurement provides an instant indication of the magnet’s angular position. The AS5172A operates up to a voltage of 16.5V and is protected against overvoltage up to +20V. The AS5247U is a high-resolution redundant rotary position sensor for fast absolute angle measurement over a full 360-degree range. This position sensor is equipped with a revolutionary integrated dynamic angle error compensation (DAEC™) with almost 0 latency at higher rotational speed. For increased signal quality at lower rotational speed, the dynamic filter system (DFS™) reduces transition noise.<br/> <br> The robust design of the device suppresses the influence of any homogenous external stray magnetic field. A standard 4-wire SPI serial interface with a CRC protection allows a host microcontroller to read 14-bit absolute angle position data from the AS5247U and to program non-volatile settings without a dedicated programmer. Incremental movements are indicated on a set of ABI signals with a maximum resolution of 16989 steps / 4096 pulses per revolution.<br/> Brushless DC (BLDC) motors are controlled through a standard UVW commutation interface with a programmable number of pole pairs from 1 to 7. The absolute angle position is also provided as PWM-encoded output signal.<br/> <br> The AS5247U supports embedded self-diagnostics for fulfilling up to ASIL D in safety relevant applications.
