Advanced Power TOPLED™ is ams OSRAM's most powerful member of the TOPLED™ family designed to meet the requirements of the automotive industry. Advanced Power TOPLED™ was the first of its kind in a PLCC-6 package and has set a standard in a variety of applications in the mid power LED world. Advanced Power TOPLED™ offers high performance, high reliability and high brightness in a robust package.

OSIRE™ is ams OSRAMs product family designed to meet the requirements of colored ambient lighting in automotive applications. It offers individually addressable LED chips for a maximum of flexibility in terms of color point, driver selection and interconnection in Interior Ambient Lighting. Due to the low profile, the OSIRE™ E5515 devices are ideally suited for coupling into thin lightguides and enable ultra compact designs. The portfolio covers all RGB applications, offering different levels of calibration support and package designs: Standard RGB LEDs with narrow binnings: OSIRE™ E3635 (top-looker in established footprint), OSIRE™ E3323 (top-looker in smaller size and DMC feature); OSIRE™ E5515 (sidelooker with low profile, optimized for IMSE process and DMC feature). Intelligent RGB LEDs with integrated drivers, optical data and a serial bus interface: OSIRE™ E3731i with open system protocol (OSP) for serial bus communication, allowing to control the device in a daisy chain.

The new OSLON Black Series by ams OSRAM is high-flux LED is small and very robust, making it ideal for designing automotive or industrial applications.

Highest CRI currently available for automotive applications. Car interiors are becoming increasingly important in the latest generation of vehicles and are undergoing a fundamental image change leading to corresponding effects on design and integrated applications. The OSTUNE™ LED family is a new brand from ams OSRAM for automotive interior illumination. By offering an excellent CRI level these devices allow excellent color rendering for Interior White Ambient Lighting, such as reading light, dome light, Make Up mirror or foot room illumination. ams OSRAM now brings technological advancement and insights from the general lighting industry to the car. The first two OSTUNE™ products cover a wide color temperature range and enable OEMs to offer distinctive light variants for their ambient lighting: from elegant, bluish cool white to cozy, reddish warm white. The OSTUNE™ E1608 and E3030 extend ams OSRAM's broad portfolio for automotive interior lighting by offering a wide color temperature range from 2700 to 6500 Kelvin with a coloring rending index (CRI) of more than 90, the highest CRI currently available for automotive applications.

ams OSRAM Power TOPLED™ is a powerful member of the TOPLED™ family. Thanks to their high luminous efficacy, the LEDs are ideal for rear light clusters and indicators on vehicles and for display panels for traffic control systems. With the latest generation (.01) we will continue this successful path.

SYNIOS™ P2720 is a very powerful and reliable product family that excels through its high brightness, low thermal resistance and thermal stability. Featuring different chip size classes and colors with one common footprint, the SYNIOS™ P2720 family also shines with high flexibility and full scalability. Another great advantage of the SYNIOS™ P2720 is its exceptional temperature cycle stability. The lead frame part is optimized for the thermal expansion coefficient of the circuit board, thus securing very stable soldered joints.

ams OSRAM Power TOPLED™ is a standard product in LED lighting. With our great experience in SMT LED we are able to offer a high quality product for all kind of applications. Within the spectrum of visible and invisible light the TOPLED™ product family offers solutions from backlighting up to basic gesture sensing and illumination in automotive interior applications. The latest product of this well established family ist the SFH 4246R, a new part for narrow space applications in the gesture sensing area.

The TOPLED™ E1608 expands ams OSRAMs low power portfolio by offering one of the smallest LED industry standard footprints in a highly reliable and well proved package concept. Its outstanding performance is suitable for a huge variety of applications especially automotive interior where a small package design with excellent reliability is needed. The TOPLED™ E1608 is available in a broad variety of colors and brightness versions.
