Individualization of body/rear/grille lighting

No matter if the customers’ innovative dynamic signaling solutions include pixel, point, area, or light guide designs – LEDs by ams OSRAM are the perfect choice when it comes to guaranteeing unlimited freedom of design, allowing customers to combine up to four different light functions in a single light source. Our solutions meet all relevant norms and standards while being simple and cost effective. A wide range of products are available for this area of application, focusing on the colors white, yellow, red, super red, cyan for autonomous driving and RGB for e.g. welcome scenarios.

Our latest introduced ALIYOS™ technology pushes boundaries of multi-segmented area lighting and enables customization of light emission patterns. ALIYOS™ LED-on-foil technology enables creation of customized, multi-segment lights in new configurations such as three-dimensional structures or ‘invisible’ lights on curved panels.

OSLON™ Compact PL for automotive & mobility applications

OSLON™ Compact PL is ams OSRAM’s product family designed to meet the requirements of miniaturization-driven automotive headlamp, ADB and turn indicator applications. It is striking for both its small size and robust package and is therefore perfect for ADB applications. Thanks to OSLON™ Compact PL customers are able to achieve a combination of excellent brightness and outstanding luminance. The OSLON™ Compact PL family comprises single as well as multichip configurations for low/ high beam application with best in class luminance performance and different solder pad designs. Its compact size enables narrow positioning especially beneficial for ADB Headlamp solutions. The products combine the latest UX:3 chip technology with a homogeneous light emitting area giving highest flux performance for easier optical design and thermal management.

SYNIOS™ P1515 for automotive & mobility applications

The SYNIOS™ P1515 family enables the creation of a homogeneous appearance in extended light bars and other automotive rear lighting applications and makes their design far simpler and easier. By replacing toplooker LEDs with the SYNIOS™ P1515 sidelookers an extremely high level of homogeneity can be achieved with the same depth of optical stack as for toplooker LEDs, but with substantially fewer LEDs and LED drivers. With the same number of SYNIOS™ P1515 LEDs as in a toplooker-based arrangement, an RCL or turn indicator can be produced with a far thinner and simpler optical assembly. This opens new potential to create dramatic and distinctive shapes in new RCL designs.​

ams OSRAM Power TOPLED™ is a standard product in LED lighting. With our great experience in SMT LED we are able to offer a high quality product for all kind of applications. Within the spectrum of visible and invisible light the TOPLED™ product family offers solutions from backlighting up to basic gesture sensing and illumination in automotive interior applications. The latest product of this well established family ist the SFH 4246R, a new part for narrow space applications in the gesture sensing area.
